Objectives
Students are able to explain the basic concepts and theories that shed light on in-group processes and intergroup relations. Students are aware of the significance of group processes to the promotion of well-being, human development and social equality, and to organisational development. Students are able to apply their learning to group supervision and to the promotion of group activities.

Content includes basic concepts and theories that have been used to understand intra-group processes and inter-group relations, and how this knowledge can be applied in practice.
