Objectives
After completing the course, the student:masters the basic vocabulary used by health professionals in the fields of anatomy and physiology,can identify the different tissue types of the human body and their specific characteristics,knows the functional macro-anatomy of human organ systems,knows the main physiological functions and mechanisms of action of human organ systems,knows the principles of vital signs regulation mechanisms and vital signs regulation,is able to form an overall picture of the interaction of the body's systems,understand how the laws of chemistry and physics underlie physiological functions.
