Objectives
The course provides students with the skills to use the WRI-FI method for assessing work roles, which helps to gain an understanding of the psychosocial and work environment factors that affect the interviewee's chances of finding employment, continuing in work, or returning to work. You will learn to recognize the effects of psychosocial factors and the environment on an individual's work ability and performance at work, and to use a customer-oriented assessment method. You will strengthen the reliability and credibility of your assessment skills.
Content
In-depth study of the assessment method based on the Model of Human Activity (MOHO), covering the following topics: why the method is useful, theoretical background, perspectives on work ability assessment, use of the method, and perspectives on documentation. Each topic in the course includes material to deepen understanding and an assignment/exam.

The course is intended for occupational therapists. It is a non-stop online study module that students can complete entirely independently.
