Practical Training 2 (10cr)

Objectives

The students become acquainted with practical tasks of their field and will be able to apply the learned skills and knowledge. Another aim is to combine theory with practice and give the students a realistic view on the demands and practices of the field.

This course is meant for the guided practical training taking place after the 2nd year of studies. For more details, see degree programme specific practical training instructions.

Content

Tasks of the construction field, building techniques, occupational safety and different practices at workplaces.

Prerequisites: Coaching for Practical Training

The scope for Practical Training is 5 credits, minimum. The actual scope is recorded in Winha, as defined by the student in the practical training report. During the first two years of studies, the student may complete 15 credits worth of practical training, maximum.
