The students know the tasks, steps and organization possibilities of renovation project in apartment building companies.

Decision-making?in apartment building companies, preparation, planning, selection of contractors, supervision and acceptance in fairly large renovation project.?

Literature: Handout, KH- and RT-cards, material to be announced in class. Lectures, study discussions, self study/distance learning, exercises, collective learning, field-work (incl. study trips) and exam.
