The students become familiar with the legislation considering leasing and tenancy and are able to apply it. They are able to write up an unambiguous leasehold agreement.

Content

Legislation considering leasing and tenancy, selection of a tenant, leasehold terms, various leasehold agreements, writing and conclusion of them. Rights and responsibilities of lessors and tenants.
