Objectives

The course orients the students to implementation of a renovation project and its differences with constructing a new building. Old-fashioned constructions and their renovation methods.

Content

The course is based on practical work, which is carried out in project teams in actual renovation project. Specifications: method, schedule, safety plan, quality plan, environmental aspects, and cost accounting.
