Objectives

The students become familiar with the labor legislation for the construction sector and the rights, responsibilities and commitments governed by it. The students gain the skills needed in acting as the representative of employer.

Content

The course contains labor laws and collective labor agreements as well as the safety legislation for construction sector. The contract of employment is also included.
