After completing the course, the students
1. will be able write English in a polite and business-like manner
2. will know how to use special terminology for different communication situations, such as formal meetings or business letters for different purposes.
3. will be able to use appropriate style of language when communicating with customers and business partners
4. will be able to apply for a job in English

Prerequisites

Upper secondary school English or equivalent.

Further information

The course is taught in English. It is also suitable for non-Finnish students. The course is taught 100% online, using the Moodle learning environment. The exam is done in classroom.
