Objectives
The students learn to form and depict statistics. They learn to calculate the most important key figures, understand their significance and are able to make conclusions based on the data. The students learn to calculate odds both theoretically and through computer simulations. They learn how to calculate the confidence interval and are able to use this in e.g. testing a hypothesis. The students also gain the basic knowledge on regression and correlation.
