Objective of course
Students are acquainted with fundamental conducting technique, score reading and suitable repertoire for a concert with different children´s ensembles and instrumental groups.

Course contents
- rehearsing of an instrumental ensemble
- exercises in conducting, beat patterns
- score reading and analysis

Teaching methods
Lectures, exercises, video analysis, discussion

Assessment methods
Participation in the work forms of the course, a demonstration of conducting skills in concert. Teacher assessment, peer review and self-evaluation.
