• Recognizes how cultural diversity manifests in their environment and how it affects their attitudes.
• Knows how the integration of immigrants can be promoted.
• Is aware of and evaluates their own multicultural guidance competence from the perspective of teaching and guidance work.
• Understands and can apply language awareness practices in their community.

• The course includes an introductory lecture and a final webinar.
• The online course progresses through different themes over approximately one week:
Module A: Diversity in me and changing cultures Module B: People meet - how cultures are visible Module C: Integration into a new community Module D: Guidance on cultural diversity Module E: Teaching and guidance work in a multilingual environment Module F: Discussion of learning tasks Final webinar

Assessment criteria, pass/fail
