Objectives

This capstone course enables students to integrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program into a practical business context. Students will create a comprehensive business portfolio that can serve as the foundation for launching or developing an entrepreneurial venture. The course emphasizes strategic planning, leadership in international contexts, and applying business models to real entrepreneurial challenges.

During this course the students will:
- Consolidate previous learning into a business concept or plan.
- Develop a business portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and operational feasibility.
- Compile best practices in managing international teams.
- Evaluate the viability of their business idea in terms of market, resources, and risk.
