Objectives

This course equips entrepreneurs with practical tools to analyze business risks and strengthen their organization’s capacity for change. Students will learn to identify different risk types, apply risk management processes, and use assessment techniques to support strategic decision-making. The course emphasizes linking risk management to other management disciplines and understanding current trends in research and practice.
