Objective of course
The student:
-learns the basic concepts, principles and strategies of information acquisition and understands the different stages of information acquisition processes.
-learns to know different search methods, databases and search services
-gains abilities to use diverse databases and search services by doing information search practices and abilities to select information critically
-can conceptually analyse her/his need for information and the search process and justify the search results critically

-nature of information, critical evaluation of information from the viewpoint of information acquisition
-techniques of computer-based information search and formulation of the search
-reference databases
-electronic materials
-search services in internet and topic index
