The student
Recognizes general midwifery management development needs
Has key knowledge in recognizing possibilities to improve working conditions and wellbeing

Has key knowledge in working in accordance with the sustainable development

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student
Has key knowledge in evaluating opportunities to improve management in their own work unit / organization
Has key knowledge in applying work methods that strengthen one's own and work unit’s wellbeing
Has comprehensive knowledge in improving quality of student guidance in their work unit
Has comprehensive knowledge in domestic midwifery networking
Has key knowledge in evaluating own work unit from the perspective of sustainable development

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
