Objectives

The student
-- is able to act as an expert in safety risks and their prevention in organizations of health care and social services and to develop activities in the organizations on a large scale
- is able to identify and intervene the risk factors and prevention of the well-being of the work community and act as an expert in the development of well-being at work
- is able to manage and develop the safety and well-being in the organization
