Objectives

As a team coach and facilitator, you will be strengthening team's ability to work together. As a team coach and facilitator, you will be developing your skills to guide team’s in their team learning path and strengthen your ability to support their competences.

Content

As a team coach and facilitator, you will
- develop understanding on team learning
- develop team learning competences and your role as a coach and facilitator
- will learn to use team learning methods
- can apply and create team learning practices to fir your own work and team
- get an opportunity, together with the others, to develop your own learning skills and thinking
- learn to create participatory and communicative learning culture

Prerequisites

Interest in team learning, and learning by doing.
