Objectives

The student will be able to:
• develop the existing organization of the team enterprise together with other team members.
• describe the strategy and leading business ideas of his/her team enterprise.
• set targets for the team enterprise activities based on the agreed strategy and lead the operations towards those targets.
• apply new leadership theories to different managerial situations in practice.

How to build a strategy to support the management of a company?
How to lead my own and team's operations according to the strategy?
What is my own management/leadership philosophy and what is it based on?

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Passed
Student is able to build a strategy for a small business. Student understands new management/leadership theories.

Failed
The student has inadequate knowledge of management/leadership theories both on paper and in practice.
