Objectives

The student is able to design a web site / service layout for a particular target group so that it creates the desired atmosphere and serves the client's goals.
The student is able to test their design solutions.
The student is able to implement his / her planned website / service with the chosen publishing system.
The student is able to tune the selected web analytics tool into the site / service and plan its appropriate use in monitoring the achievement of the client's goals.
The student is able to make simple extensions to the chosen publishing system.

Web-design / web typography,
user experience,
design testing,
advanced CSS,
web analytics and marketing
reviewing the selected publishing system,
Making a layout in the selected publishing system
criteria for extending the selected publishing system from the programming language used and making extensions to it.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student can explain how the user experience is taken into account in the design of the site / service.
The student can explain the basic principles and concepts of web design / web typography.
The student is able to describe how the test could be tested using typical test methods.
The student is able to implement a simple website with the chosen publication system.
The student is able to explain the main concepts and goals of network analysis.
The student is able to produce a functional code in the language used to expand the selected publishing system.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student is able to design the appearance of the website / service so that it offers the desired user experience and takes into account the client's goals.
The student is able to utilize the core principles of web design / web typography in website / service design.
The student is able to use typical methods of design testing to evaluate and improve their work.
The student is able to implement a reasonable demanding site with the chosen publishing system.
The student is able to tune the selected web analytics tool to the site / service he / she performs so that it produces reliable data.
The student is able to critically review the ready-made extensions of the selected publishing system at code level.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to apply different design testing methods in different situations and contexts.
The student can produce demanding services with the chosen publishing system.
The student is able to design and tune the web analytics as part of the service so that it provides the customer with strategic information about the operation of the service and enables development based on the service data.
The student can make simple extensions to the publishing system.
