- knows the difference between subject-based and competence -based curriculum
- can define what competences they themselves and their students need to develop
- can align the objectives, assessment and learning activities and con-tents in a way that supports learning
- can formulate competence-based learning outcomes
- understands the concepts 'assessment for learning', 'assessment as learning' and 'assessment of learning'
- knows innovative, positive and student-centered assessment meth-ods
- understands what is entrepreneurship education
- can implement entrepreneurship education in their own context
- is familiar with contemporary theories of learning and pedagogy
- knows how to activate students and facilitate learning with online tools and modern classroom methods
- is aware of their own dialogical skills
- can give enriching feedback
