Orchestration (4cr)

Objectives

Students are familiar with instruments and notation practises in orchestral music and are capable of writing music for symphony orchestras. They are able to strengthen their orchestration skills by by reading scores and literature on orchestration.
Students have learning skills and innovation skills.

- orchestration exercises for symphony orchestras
- score reading and aural perception analysis
- literature
Students increase their learning skills and innovation skills (creative problem solving and ideas suitable for execution, information acquisition and retrieval of it, increasing own skills, planning and reflection of own work).
