Objectives

Student
-can develop and evaluate activities, quality and effectiveness of occupational health accordance with objects, directives and norms of social- and health policies in multi-professional co-operation
-can design, implement and evaluate development projects of occupational health unit
-can design, implement and evaluate holistic occupational health processes for customers
-can broaden and deepen her substance knowledge and know-how in occupational health and occupational health nursing to different sections inter alia environmental threats etc.

Content

-to deep and to develop the domain of occupational health and occupational health nursing
-the special know-how of occupational health nursing with client organization
-skills to manage and leader an occupational health unit
-research and development methodology and methods of/for occupational health and job well-being
