Practical Training for Expert Tasks 1 (10cr)

Objectives

The student:
- is able to work in a work community and enhance the wellbeing of himself/herself
- knows how to utilize ICT in his/her tasks
- is able to work as a specialist or a supervisor of a workgroup and make use of the skills and knowledge learnt in TAMK
- is able to create personal working life contacts and act in different networks
- is able to analyse his/her work and the functions of the organization and recognize needs of development and report of them

Content

Working in an organization, planning, follow up and reporting of one´s own work, training for specialist and foreman tasks, ICT use in own work, developing of working life contacts

Further information

Before the practical training studies the students will be familiarized with the following issues: applying the training placement, preparation for a job interview, becoming acquainted with the training instructions.
Becoming acquainted with labour legislation and practices of collective agreement.
