Objectives

Students have become familiar with the basic techniques on comping instruments and rhythm section playing. They can independently adapt their instrument skills to playing in various ensemble playing situations.

Content

- familiarization with a guitar, bass, drums, percussion instruments and their structures and operation principles
- learning the basic techniques of playing and rhythms for accompaniment and rhythm section playing
- playing in ebsembles and orchestras and making diversive acquaintance with repertoire
