Objectives

The student
- is able to in practice guide and lead a working team
- knows what kind of professional know-how is needed of a forest engineer in different organizations
- knows how to analyse one´s own learning and development as a forest engineer
- knows the common ethical principles of working life and especially those of forestry business.

Content

Guiding 1st year students in different exercises, getting to know forest engineers tasks, evaluation of one´s own learning and competences, learning to know ethical principles of working life.
