Objectives

The aim of the course is to provide the students with the skills needed to carry out cost accounting of a building construction project in building organisations and to familiarise the students with how the costs form during the different stages of the production

Content

The main contents of the course: bill of quantities, cost estimation methods during the planning stage, building contractor’s cost calculation, pricing, production plans during the tender stage, tender calculation, unit price calculation and the automatic data processing of cost accounting.
