Objectives

The students learn different dimensions of site-specific art and expand their knowledge on the relationship between a work of art and the audience. The students implement one piece of art connected to an environment/place.

Content

During the course the students implement a site-specific art piece with any means they wish to use. The students learn about the definitions of site-specific art from social, materialistic or ideological viewpoints and examine the significance of audience to positional work.
