Objectives

The aim of the final thesis is to plan, develop and implement a service innovation which develops the service business of an enterprise. The students show they are capable to carry out an independent, long-span and goal-oriented development project. The development task is carried out as research and is reported according to the set requirements. The students find the topic for the development task themselves and the customer organisation names a contact person for the development task from their organisation.
