Objectives

The objective is to deepen students’ construction physics competence on existing building stock and its properties and renovation. Students learn basics of condition surveys and their analysis, energy efficient renovation, and humidity related repairs.

Content

The study course deepens information about the building physical calculation of new construction
and planning, as well as condition surveys of repair construction sites and analysis of their results, energy-saving repairs and moisture-technical repairs.
