Description

This degree program is designed for participants with at least a bachelor degree in business, engineering or other relevant fields and a minimum of two years work experience.

The program covers important fields of international business, such as e.g. Change and Project Management, Strategic Marketing and Leadership in Professional Organizations. Special focus is on strategic thinking, financial planning, management accounting, but also on cross-cultural skills.

The students will learn up-to-date competencies to plan, manage and execute international business projects in challenging operational environments. Emphasis is put on contemporary practical application and multidisciplinary analysis methods.

Curriculum development and working life cooperation

The Master's Degree in International Business Management is developed in cooperation with the alumni of Tampere University of Applied Sciences and supported by a supervisory board of young business professionals.

Further information

The Master's Thesis is a development project, combining theory and practice, with the aim to advice the commissioning organization on how to improve their operations. The process to prepare the thesis is supported with seminars and a course of academic writing and scientific research.
