The student is able to identify and define phenomena and basic concepts related to a development project. He or she performs the duties with assistance. She reviews and evaluates things from her own perspective and identifies important practices in her field.

Evaluation of the development project
The student structures the relations between phenomena and concepts related to the field and structures things in relation to each other. He / she is able to make a plan and choose the most appropriate procedure from the various options and justify his / her choice. She reviews and evaluates things from both her own and the community's perspective, and is able to describe and evaluate the economic and well-being impact of her or her development activities.

Evaluation of the development project
The student understands wide-ranging entities and their relationships and combines them with a professional context. They will be able to find and evaluate different ways of working and solutions, justify their choices and try new ways of working, combining them creatively or creating new ones. She reviews and evaluates herself and the workplace where she uses feedback systematically as a tool for her and the community's professional growth. He / she understands the economic and welfare effects of his / her activities and can anticipate them.
