Objectives

In this course we delve into the foundations of systemic work, key methods, and the concept of systemic thinking within various operational contexts.

Upon completing this course, students will:
• Understand the theoretical background of systemic thinking and recognize it as an approach in social work across different operational environments.
• Appreciate the significance of interaction, communication, relationship-based approaches, and multi-agency collaboration within systemic thinking and practice.
• Apply systemic thinking, methods, and approaches to enhance the well-being of clients and practitioners.
• Consider the ethical challenges and opportunities associated with systemic thinking and practice.
