VALUE BASED ON EDUCATION
The values ​​of the Sociology Degree Program are based on the UN Declaration on Human Rights and the ethical guidelines and principles of the International Social Workers' Organization IFSW. The values ​​are: dignity and justice, respect for individual self-determination and privacy, promotion of social inclusion in communities and society, combating discrimination and violence, and poverty reduction. The basic social values ​​of the social sector are social justice and the values ​​of equality and democracy. Social professionals should promote social justice and sustainable development not only in the lives of their clients but also in society. The foundation of a professional identity in the social field is the adoption of a value base and its operation. A strong and clear professional identity protects the employee from job challenges. In education, particular attention is paid to ethics, community spirit, and support for the development of a strong social identity and professionalism through separate pedagogical solutions to support professional growth.

NATIONAL COMPETENCE OBJECTIVES OF Bachelor of Sociology Nationally defined competencies in polytechnic polytechnics include ethical competence in social science, customer work competence, social service system competence, critical and inclusive social competence, research development and innovation competence, and work community, leadership and entrepreneurial competence. TAMK's common competencies are learning skills, ethical competence, work community competence, innovation competence and international competence. These are included in the curriculum and guide the implementation of the training. The problems encountered in the social sector are widespread and complex and the nature of social work is customer and resource driven.

Social work is a multidisciplinary work that is increasingly carried out in multidisciplinary projects, services and networks. Sosomic education is based on work-oriented polytechnic pedagogy. In addition to the internships, a significant part of the training is provided in genuine work-based learning environments and in cooperation with the new university community at the University of Tampere. Sociology education is based on a broad knowledge base, multidisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity. The knowledge base of education is in education, social sciences and psychology. Education covers a wide range of social work from education to social work.

The curriculum, based on the wishes of the working life, is based on a wide range of skills that allow for a smooth transition from one job to another. Specialized expertise is supported by alternative professional module studies, thesis, elective studies and project studies. Incorporating a social entrepreneurship perspective into the curriculum will provide socialists with information on the diverse delivery of services. In addition, the curriculum includes the most culturally sensitive aspects of sustainable development as well as of a multicultural society.

SOCIAL PARTICIPATIVE AND DIALOGUE PEDAGOGY
Participation and dialogue, as well as the empowerment and emancipation that accompanies them, are not only the central theoretical starting points of socio-economic education, but also the pedagogical aspects that guide education. Collaborative, dialogic and coaching pedagogy is particularly visible as collaborative learning and as an open and direct culture of interaction between students and teachers. A student's individuality is taken into account through his or her previous studies, goals, choices and responsibility. The process of professional growth focuses on building the professional identity of a self-directed, responsible, reflective, ethically active and interactive socialist.

FINANCING THE WORKERS 'EMPLOYMENT
Studying in the social field is practical and close to working life. Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences (MSc) are employed in a wide range of social and public service roles in the public and private sectors as well as in organizations. The Bachelor of Social Sciences (MSc) is well employed as sociomaths and / or teachers in early childhood education, child protection duties, family work rehabilitation for intoxicant abusers, mental health services and a variety of social counseling roles in various social services.

COMPETENCE FROM THE SOSIONOM DEGREE PROGRAM IN VARIOUS YEARS OF ACADEMY:
During the first year of study, a foundation is laid for social work and the student makes a choice in the field of early childhood education. Topics covered in the course include the basics of social work in theory and practice, meeting and interacting with people, social work in client work, and citizenship and membership in society. During the year the student learns different methods of social work client work and is able to support the client's life management in a goal-oriented way. The student understands the social tasks and ethical basis of social work.

The themes for the second year are social phenomena, social and healthcare service system expertise and ethical customer work. Studies begin with alternative modules that allow students to develop their specialty and plan their own career paths. The student is able to use different forms and methods of social work, to evaluate and develop them. The student develops advanced, theoretically grounded skills in the internship. The studies have an international background that allows current student exchange students and exchange students to come here.
After the second year of study, sociomedical students also have the opportunity to apply for Proacademy for wellbeing team study. The team consists of sociomedical and physiotherapy students who form their own multidisciplinary cooperative enterprise, and the studies are largely realized through various projects with working life. Pro-Academy studies form their own field of study, from which the student receives an additional mention in his certificate.

The theme for the third year is research development in the social sector, working in a multi-faceted environment, and working community, leadership and entrepreneurship skills. During this year, students will design and implement TAMKI's strategy-based and work-based projects that promote inclusion. International education, research development and entrepreneurship are integrated into teaching. The student prepares a thesis based on working life, which demonstrates the ability to develop and research work. The thesis will be completed during the third year almost to the final stage. The regional influence of the polytechnic is often related to the thesis. As a result of the third year, the student will be able to work in a wide range of social work assignments that require goal-oriented client or group management, even in demanding and complex situations and operating environments. Sosomic's leadership skills are complemented by knowledge-based training. In national policies, expertise in local area management and service commercialization has been considered important.

The fourth year's theme is a socialionist as a professional, and she is ready to enter the profession as a ready-made socialite.

SOCIAL INTERNATIONAL PATH
Path in TAMK A PhD student may choose between international and multicultural studies in different years. He can apply for international exchange programs of varying lengths so that he can work in international assignments.
