Objectives

The Student
- is able to analytically reflect and resolve ethical issues in midwifery
- is able to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of midwifery
- masters and understands the importance of sexual and reproductive health in a wide range of contexts of midwifery practice
- is able to compound the theory in midwifery and its demanding complex situations
- masters various non-pharmacological methods of midwifery that increases the client's well-being and supports the physiology of the process during pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal period

- identifies different complementary midwifery practices

- comprehends the importance of sexual and reproductive health in midwifery practice
