The student
- knows the main pregnancy and childbirth disorders and their pathophysiology and treatment
- knows the most common gynaecological diseases and their treatment

Prerequisites

TThe student must have completed the nursing studies except the Bachelor’s Thesis. The student cannot participate until Supervised clinical training 1-7 and all theoretical and clinical nursing studies are completed. The student has participated in Introduction to Midwifery -module and Natural and Medical Sciences in Midwifery 1 -module.
