Objectives
The course introduces you to project work practices.
On completion of the course, the student will
• is able to explain the lifespan of a project and key terminology of project work
• identifies the responsibilities and roles in a project
• can explain the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project lifespan
• knows the importance of communication and documentation in project work
• knows the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of the project
execution
• knows the different forms of financing the project and the financial process
