Students
- follow and recognize in the changes society and work life and their effects to the well-being and working ability of the people of the working age
- understand the co-operation between occupational health and safety and occupational health care
- can evaluate the meaning of work, working conditions and working environment to health from the perspective of scientific knowledge and work place specifications
- can evaluate health and functional ability of people of the working age
- can plan and put into practise activities that support and promote well-being in work places
- can give guidance in a professional way in connection to life habits that support well-being at work
- are able to communicate in different co-operation situations

Passed
- The student is able to describe and specify the components of well-being at work and the organization and responsibilities of occupational health care services
- The student's competence is structured, evaluative and applied professional competence
- The student is able to justify his / her actions
- The student has prepared carefully and systematically for the situations
- In the written output, the student presents things based on the researched information
- The written output and presentation show a developing approach
- The student actively participates in the teaching of the course

Failed
- The student has not participated in the teaching of the course and / or has absences from classes.
- The student's basic knowledge and skills are incomplete or incorrect.
- The student neglects his / her duties.
