Objectives

The aim of the course is to develop multidisciplinary professional expertise through project management in various operating environments.

After completion of the course the student:
• understands the life cycle of a project and is able to use basic project management concepts
• identifies the different stakeholders, roles, and responsibilities within a project
• acts, communicates, and documents as an expert in their field within the project
• plans, implements, and evaluates project-based initiatives in a multidisciplinary manner and in diverse operating environments.
• assesses their own performance in projects and develops their professional expertise.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Pass: The student is familiar with the project life cycle and basic concepts of project work. They can compare the different stakeholders, roles, and responsibilities within a project. The student applies their expertise in their field and collaborates across disciplines in various operating environments while working on projects. They assess their own performance and develop their professional expertise through projects.

Fail: The student does not meet the criteria for a passing grade.
