Objectives

The student can work in tasks related to their future school field.
They familiarize themselves with the key practical tasks in their professional field, apply what they have learned in professional studies, and assess their own competence.
The goal of the internship is to support the student's professional growth, facilitate the acquisition of a thesis topic, and enhance employability after graduation.
Developing a network with companies and experts is also emphasized.

Content

Setting learning objectives and acquiring an internship placement.
Drafting internship documents, monitoring the development of skills through a work diary, reporting on the internship, and participating in an internship seminar.
Observing tasks, methods, and practices in the field.
Company visits, professional fairs, and seminars are included in the activities.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Pass (s): The student has set learning objectives, and the internship has been reported according to the guidelines and presented in a seminar.
Fail (h): The internship lacks learning objectives, has not been reported according to guidelines, and the student has not participated in company, fair, and seminar events.

Further information

This study module is intended for the summer internship after the third year, where the student applies the knowledge acquired during the third year of studies. The detailed requirements for the internship will be specified in the degree program's internship guidelines.
