The student is able to
- describe the phases, stakeholders and central project management tasks in a building services engineering contract
- calculate tenders for different types of contracts as well determine and estimate prices
- make schedules and purchase plans
- use project management tools

Stakeholders of a project and their tasks. Pricing, calculating tenders, contracts, changes and additional work. Settling of financial accounts. Scheduling. Purchasing. Use of project management tools.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student has completed and returned the course assignments according to the agreed schedule, but they have been implemented in a limited or partial manner.
The student is able to name the key partners and the stages of construction.
The student is able to make scheduling and make small bidding offers.
The student describes the basics of product safety but their application is limited.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student has completed and returned the learning assignments according to the agreed schedule and they have been done according to the objectives.
The student is able to describe the role of different parties in a construction project and to compare different implementation forms of a building project.
The student is able to compare different aspects of purchasing and product safety of building services products. He / she is able to find and compare the purchase prices of products in his field and to price products and technical solutions, taking into account the starting points of business.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has completed and returned the learning assignments according to the agreed schedule and they have been done more in-depth with the objectives.
The student is able to describe the effects of different construction projects on the role of building technology operators in a building project.
The student is able to compare widely different aspects of building solutions and product safety. They are able to make total cost comparisons of different solutions.
The student can use project management tools to plan and monitor his / her own activities.
