Students can assess their competence from the viewpoint of working life demands and set objectives for their studies and professional development. Students can apply theory into practice. Students can the important working life rules and practices, such as agreement on employment relationship, teamwork, and scheduling. Students can observe and analyse working culture and working life practices.

Content

Students acquire a practical training place and make objectives for it. They prepare the training agreement in advance with the supervising teacher. During the practical training, students write a diary and document their duties. After the practical training, students make a report on the practical training to the supervising teacher. The report is also included into the portfolio.
