Objectives

After completing the course, students know regulations and guidelines related to blocks of flats and their structures. Students can design blocks of flats of high architectural quality to urban environment and produce the related architectural designs and documents.

Students know the different HVAC and energy solutions of blocks of flats. Students can choose construction materials and structural systems for blocks of flats. Students can assess the effects of diverse structures on design of blocks of flats.

Students can deliver information needed for cost accounting and understand what construction costs consist of.

Students can work as members of the design team.
