After completing the course the student knows the main structures used in small houses and their properties. He / she is able to choose the appropriate structures suitable for the object and modify them.
Detail design plays an important role. The details made must be of high quality and reasonably constructed and meet the requirements of eg Dry Chain10.
The student is familiar with the concepts of fire regulations and their use and can apply the requirements of fire regulations in the design of a P3 class building.
The student knows the requirements for building and maintenance safety and is able to take them into account in his / her work.
