Objectives

Student is able to carry out the usual measurements in a workshop and know how to interpret the results of the process and improve the quality assurance capability. Student is aware of the variation due to measurement and are able to take it into account. Student is familiar with a variety of quality tools and know how to apply them in the development process, as well as the quality of cost reduction. Student understands the importance of quality management company.

Content

Statistical process control, quality assurance, quality costs, the company used by the most important tools of quality management, quality systems, quality manual drafting, engineering measuring equipment, coordinate measuring, measuring the variation.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student is able to identify and define the basic concepts related to the field. He/she performs the tasks assigned to guided / with assistance. The student is familiar with a variety of procedures, but he/she can not justify his/her choices. He/she works with the group.
The student identifies interaction skills. He/she identifies important to his/her practice area. The student takes responsibility for his/her own about performance and will be able to receive and give feedback.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student parse the relationships between concepts related to the field. He/she is able to choose from different options the most appropriate procedure, and justify the choices. The student is able to cooperate responsibly and is ready to develop his/her interpersonal skills. He/she identifies and adhere to his/her own field of important practices. The student takes responsibility and commits to his/her own activities but also the activities of the group. He/she can provide both actively and constructively receive feedback.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands the large-scale entities and the relationships between them. He/she is able to find a variety of approaches and solutions, to justify his/her choices and experiment with new business models. He/she evaluates different solutions, and combines solutions creatively or creates new ones.
The student is able to cooperate responsibly, flexibly and constructively. He/she developes his/her own and the group's interaction. The student works responsibly and with commitment, taking into account the community and also requirements and needs of industry. The student uses a systematic feedback on his/her own and his/her community's professional growth tool.
