Computer Aided DesignLaajuus (3 cr)
Code: 5K00DK83
Credits
3 op
Objectives
The student masters the basis for the use of information processing systems in design and product development process in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
Content
In the study module the 3D modeling (parts, assemblies, drawings) and mechanisms and production of the documentation of the electrical engineering (a wiring scheme, a wiring diagram and appliance list) will be dealt with.
Prerequisites
Preceding studies: Computer aided drawing and modeling 1 and Computer aided drawing and modeling 2
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
Identify the methods used in different design tasks. Performs assigned tasks as a wizard. Take responsibility for your own performance.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
Applies to the practical problems they have learned. Is able to choose the most appropriate procedure for the different options and justify their choice. Identify and follow important practices in your field.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Combines what they have learned in a professional context. Can find different ways of working and solutions, justify their choices and try new ways of working. Understand the economic and welfare benefits of their operations and also know how to anticipate them.
