The course orients the students to implement planning and control methods for an actual construction project.

Content

The course is based on practical work, where the students make plans for an actual project. Specifications: method, schedule, safety plan, quality plan, environmental aspects, and cost accounting.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student is able to solve the basics of project work and to prepare presentable documentation.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

In addition to the above, the student will be able to select and apply the most suitable options from the perspective of the project implementation.
and justify their choices in a logical and highly illustrative way.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the above, the student has a comprehensive understanding of the course topics and their use
problem solving; and the ability to present, analyze, and justify logically handled issues and methods of solution.
