Content

This course deals with real estate management tasks. Themes to be discussed include: duties and responsibilities of the property manager, establishment of a housing company, general meetings, work of the Board of Directors, rights and obligations of the shareholders, and management of property and other contracts.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

The student knows the institutions of a housing company and knows their main tasks and responsibilities. The student knows the content of the Housing Companies Act on a rough level.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student is generally familiar with the content of the Housing Company Act and is able to apply it in organizing the housing company's operations. He / she is able to take care of the main duties of a property manager and understands the role of the property manager in the management of a housing company.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is well acquainted with the content of the Housing Companies Act and is able to apply it to the establishment and administration of a housing company. He/ she is familiar with the housing company's institutions and their duties and responsibilities. He/ she knows the duties of a property manager and is able to take care of them independently and responsibly.
