Content
The course covers the road and the tire contact during acceleration and braking, evasive maneuvers, performance and consumption calculations, forces, traction resistances and wheel power measurement, industrial vehicle special dynamics, aerodynamics and acoustics of the vehicle.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
Can recognise components and systems of a car. Can calculate components, but can't explain choices. Can work in a group and recognise interaction skills. Can recognise automotive way of acting.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
Can analyze components and systems of a car and compare then. Can calculate components and explain choices. Can work responsible in a group and is ready to improve interaction skills.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Understand all-round components and systems of a car. Can calculate components in a specific car and create new solution. Can work responsibly, flexibly and constructively in a group. Is ready to improve own and group interaction skills.

- braking balance exercise 20 %
- driving dynamics examination 40 %.
