The student is able to explain the features of the process engineering design process - focusing on process design - with safety aspects from idea to implementation.
The student is able to model basic processes and perform process engineering dimensioning of more common process equipment. The student is able to calculate the economical calculations of the planned process and is familiar with the use of the Chemcad simulation software. The student is also able to utilize his / her skills in future work tasks.
